1. Are these Little Giant Ladders® used?
Some ladders have been used as demonstration models at some of our shows while some are brand new but with minor cosmetic defects like scratches or small dents. The defects are minimal enough that they will not affect the ladder safety in anyway. EXAMPLES OF COSMETIC DEFECTS
All Little Giant Ladder Demos on www.demoladder.com include a full 1yr warranty. The warranty does not cover scratches, dents or anything else cosmetic. The ladders have a 30 day return policy. The owner is responsible for return shipping and a 35% restocking fee. To return the ladder please call Customer Service to obtain an RMA number. All ladders sold on the site are functionally sound. They are cosmetically challenged with scratches, dents, scuffs or dings.
2. Do these Little Giant Ladders® come with a factory warranty?
YES, all the ladders and accessories we sell come with the full 1year warranty.
3. Why not just buy a new Little Giant Ladder?
MONEY, you can save a considerable amount of money buying a demo versus new.

What is a leg leveler?

When the Little Giant is used on an uneven surface, the leg leveler offers a safe, stable solution. It attaches easily to any leg and is manufactured with the same extra heavy-duty standards as our ladders.

What is a work platform?
 Work Platform
The movable work platform fits on any rung and is designed to support up to 300 pounds. With our unique design, it tucks away when not needed yet easily moves into place with your foot when needed and stores easily inside your Little Giant.
